Consulting ServicesWe are coaches rather than conventional consultants - we transfer skills to individuals in the organisation, rather than doing lots of paperwork. When we completed our assignment and we leave the organisation the benefits of our work and improvements must continue! That’s why a coaching approach is so vitally important; people in the organisation will be empowered to continue the work that we started with them. A coaching approach implies that there needs to be someone to coach - we therefore insist that the organisation assigns the identified roles to individuals in the organisation, before we start a project. Ownership of roles needs to be accepted by role-players. This does not mean new positions but rather new responsibilities for existing staff member or members of the management team. In some organisation it invariably leads to the appointment of one or two extra people – so, you need to be aware of this possibility. |
